A researcher by training and a communicator by inclination, Stephen Fleming co-founded Palam Communications in 1995. After graduating with a PhD, he worked in the private, public, and voluntary sectors, gaining extensive experience in public and business communications.

Before joining Palam in 2003, Martin Stabe gained media experience with The Guardian and Governing magazine in Washington, DC. He has an MSc in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics, where his studies focused on political communications.
